Nido owns and manages more than 100 childcare centres nationally and in our view are at the forefront of the sector, in terms of their architectural design, management and their service offering. The Property is strategically located and will provide a much-needed service for one of Australia’s fastest growing communities.

Jarra intends to develop the Property and sell the asset after completion of construction with the Fund targeting a 1.27x cash multiple of equity invested based on previous developments with Nido and current comparable sales data.
